Knowledge Base is the context layer for your assistant. You upload your business content, and Amarsia prepares it so your assistant can answer with relevant details instead of guessing.
This reduces hallucinations and cuts repeated support work because answers stay grounded in your actual material.

How it works
- Create a knowledge base.
- Upload one or more files.
- Amarsia processes files in the background and marks them ready.
- Attach that knowledge base to an assistant.
- Test and deploy with context-aware responses.
For visual-heavy files, processing includes OCR/vision-based extraction so important content is not missed.
